This veg-friendly version comes from McCowan's The Abundance Diet, and features a hint of sweetness thanks to the dates and a pinch of warmth from the cinnamon. One sip, and you'll know why this beverage is one of our favorite drinks ever! | | Serves 2 | What You Need: 2 tablespoons raw cashew pieces or whole cashews 2 to 4 soft medjool dates, pitted 2 cups water 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon | What You Do: In a blender, add all ingredients.
