This smoothie is an excellent way to start the day and these four ingredients blend into a perfect elixir that will have you feeling your best all day long. 2 to 3 cups coconut water 1/2 pineapple (about 12 ounces), leaves and rind removed, cored and cut in chunks 2 to 3 blood oranges, peeled, seeded, and cut in chunks 2 cups fresh strawberries, with stems | | What You Do:
1. Chill all ingredients. In a blender, place ingredients and blend until smooth, starting on the lowest speed and gradually working up to the highest. Blend until the mixture is smooth and the sound of the blender is high pitched and steady.
2. Drink immediately, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours in a tightly closed container.
